CSAC has filed an amicus brief in the San Bernardino County Superior Court regarding whether Government Code section 31631 (added by AB 340 (PEPRA)) only permits elimination of a county pick-up through a negotiated MOU, or whether the pick-up may be imposed post-impasse as part of the last, best and final offer.  The amicus brief was drafted by Jennifer Henning, CSAC’s Litigation Counsel.
