Tick Tock, Tick Tock
Advance Registration for CSAC Legislative Conference Ends Friday
CSAC’s advance registration rate ends Friday so don’t delay signing up for the 2016 CSAC Legislative Conference. After Friday, you can still register for the conference on-site, but you will not be able to take advantage of reduced fees.
Scheduled for May 18-19 in Sacramento, the CSAC Legislative Conference promises to be the best way for county officials to learn the latest information regarding state issues that are impacting California’s 58 counties.
Conference highlights include workshops on homelessness and the November ballot, meetings of CSAC’s five policy committees and board of directors, and a rally at the Capitol focusing on the need for more transportation funding. Los Angeles Times journalist John Myers will be the featured speaker during our luncheon program, providing an inside look at what is happening under the dome.
