CSAC has filed a brief urging the United States Supreme Court to decide whether the speed of a vehicle is which an officer is trapped while a suspect flees police is material in deciding whether it was reasonable for the officer to use force to stop the fleeing suspect.  CSAC’s brief was drafted by its Litigation Coordinator, Jennifer Henning.
