DRC Emergency Services Update and Upcoming Webinar
March 16, 2023
DRC Emergency Services, Timely Update:
CSAC Platinum Partner, DRC Emergency Services, is a trusted partner to the CSAC community.
DRC’s natural disaster response and recovery services may be critical for many of our Counties impacted by the intense atmospheric river storm events that our State has experienced. If your County has experienced flooding, especially flooding of homes or commercial buildings, disaster debris removal and management services are imperative.
In addition to core disaster debris management, DRC is a full-service disaster resource for CSAC members. Emergency housing and sheltering, and logistics including water, nutrition and healthcare can all be provided by DRC with rapid mobilization times.
DRC has decades of success and experience in helping communities recover from FEMA declared disasters – and DRC’s services are fully reimbursable by FEMA under Category A. A brief overview of DRC’s past projects and capabilities can be found by clicking here and you can learn more about DRC Emergency Services at www.drcusa.com.
Scott Silveira, Chairman of the Merced County Board of Supervisors and CSAC Executive Committee Member, shared the following regarding DRC’s recent emergency services in Merced County, “In January 2023, California’s intense atmospheric river storms caused flooding of nearly 2,000 homes in Merced County. Merced’s select disaster debris partner, DRC Emergency Services and their representatives were on the scene almost instantaneously and were more than prepared to assist our impacted residents and communities. DRC’s mobilization was rapid and comprehensive. Their attention to detail, natural disaster recovery, expertise, professionalism, and care for our communities were all outstanding. On a scale of 1 – 10, I give DRC a perfect 10. While we hope for no further natural disasters, we’re glad to know that DRC is here for us, and highly recommend them for other Counties.”
