services was awarded to GameTime and KOMPAN. This contract was
awarded through a competitive solicitation process conducted by
lead public agency, City of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Investment Trust of California (CalTRUST), a program of the
CSAC Finance Corporation, held their Annual Meeting on April 19,
2017. At this meeting, the Board of Trustees considered a
number of important issues including the appointment of a new
President of the Board. The Board elected Dan McAllister,
San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector, as the new President of
CalTRUST.
The CSAC Finance Corporation and Medcor invite you to learn more
about how Kings and Sutter counties have both achieved
a positive return on investments by having a Medcor On-Site
Health and Wellness Clinic. Medcor offers counties on-site
clinics for both primary care and occupational health services.

As we look back on 2014, the CSAC Finance Corporation is
pleased to reflect on continued success. We have not only
experienced growth in our existing programs, we were able to
launch and see our first successes with our two newest program
partners; Medcor and Towers Watson. We wish to thank all 58
California counties for your participation in our programs. As a
result of your support, the CSAC Finance Corporation was again
able to provide CSAC with a $3.3 million contribution this year
to support CSAC’s advocacy on behalf of California’s counties.
